Assisted Services
We provide assisted services for the elderly and people who are experiencing learning disabilities and mental health problems. We can provide you with the same dedicated house cleaner each week, to build a trustful professional relationship, specialized in working with people with extra needs. Whether you are contracting services for a loved one or a vulnerable individual who needs that extra bit of support we can exceed your needs. We can supply you regularly with sanitary and cleaning products such as toilet rolls, dish cloths, washing up liquid, washing powder and personal sanitary products

Domestic Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen

  • Dust, vacuum and wash all cupboards and drawers inside and out *
  • Deep clean top of kitchen cupboards (small extra charges apply)
  • Remove stains marks, dirt and finger prints from cupboards *
  • Clean fridge and freezer inside and out *
  • Clean the cooker hobs and oven outside * (we also provide Oven Cleaning Service)
  • Clean microwave inside and out, remove stains and marks where possible
  • Clean and wash all kitchen work tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • Dust vacuum and wash venetian blind * (Extra charges will apply)
  • Clean the extractor fan over the cooker *
  • Deep clean and wash Kitchen sink
  • Remove lime scale and polish all fixtures
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all the door and door frames, remove marks and finger prints where possible
  • Dust and light vacuum lamp shade and light switches where reachable
  • Vacuum and mop floors (Where appropriate)
  • Steam cleaning of tiles or stripping the hard floor * (reasonable charges Apply for this service)

Bathroom/Toilet

  • Deep clean and disinfect restroom seat inside and out
  • Deep clean sanitary restroom bowl inside and out and behind where hard to reach on normal cleaning
  • Deep clean and wash the bathtub or shower enclosure and polishing all bathroom fixtures
  • Deep clean and wash the tiles and grout and remove lime scale *
  • Polishing mirrors and glasses
  • Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • Clean the cabinets inside and out (if there any)
  • Deep clean wash bowl in and out plus polish all the fixtures
  • Vacuum and mop the floor
  • Dust, vacuum and wash doors and door frame remove marks and finger prints
  • Steam cleaning of tiles and grout plus floors to remove stubborn dirt (reasonable additional charges may apply)

Bedrooms

  • Dust, vacuum and wash all drawers in and outside
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all tops and surfaces
  • Wipe down picture frames and lamp shades
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all skirting boards where reachable *
  • Deep clean light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
  • Heavy vacuuming carpet all rooms where necessary
  • Carpet washing and shampoo services Offer for an additional charge

Living/Dining Room

  • Dust, vacuum and wash all doors and the door frames
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all furniture outside only – * additional time may require to take the belongings out and place them in after cleaning them
  • Dust, vacuum all around sofas and underneath *
  • All the cushions will be lifted and vacuum underneath*
  • Move light furniture (if possible), vacuum underneath and behind *
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all skirting boards through out of the area
  • Dust, vacuum and brush all radiators * (behind and between)
  • Dust and wipe all picture frames and lamp shades
  • Clean and wipe all light switches, remove finger prints and dirt

Hallway/Stairs

  • Dust, vacuum and wash all doors and the door frame
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all skirting boards
  • Dust, vacuum and wash radiators * (behind and between)
  • Dust and wipe all picture frames and lamp shades
  • Dust and wipe all light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all the windows inside only
  • Dust, vacuum and wash window frames and window sills

All Rooms

  • Dust, vacuum and wash all skirting boards
  • Dust and wipe all picture frames
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all doors and the door frames, clean and polish all the door handles
  • Dust and light vacuum lamp shades
  • Deep clean and wipe all light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all venetian blinds * (Reasonable charges will apply)
  • Dust, vacuum and polish all mirrors and glasses
  • Clean all the windows inside only (if you require window cleaning outside, extra charges will apply)
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all the window frames and window sills
  • Window tracks / Sliders cleaning service available for an additional charge *
  • Dust, vacuum and wash all the window frames and window sills
  • clean the window frames and window sills
  • Dust, vacuum and wash venetian blinds * (This is an extra and time consuming service)

* CLEANING TASKS MARKED WITH AN ASTERISK CAN TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME TO PERFORM. AND THIS WILL TAKE EXTRA TIME WHEN SUCH TASK ARE REQUIRED OF THE CLEANER, THIS MIGHT INCREASE THE NUMBER OF HOURS AND MAY APPLY A SMALL CHARGES.
